This cake was a special project for my Birthday. It was Chocolate Steam Brownies with chocolate ganache in every Layer with detail specifications:
Length : 24 cm
Width : 11 cm
Height : 15 cm
I know it was quite big for a ferrari cake, right??..However, as it is my first 3D car cake so it is my first trial and error. I did the carving with free hand, just looked at the shape of ferrari car picture and using my serrated knife. Will do it much better next time using the blueprint and will make it more proportional with its shape.
